GRILLED GARLIC HERB CHICKEN
4 or 5 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 tablespoon honey
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
1 pinch dried sage
Place chicken in gallon size, zip close plastic baggie. In bowl, whisk together all other ingredients. Pour into bag with chicken. Put in fridge for 1 hour at least.
Discard marinade. Grill for about 5 minutes each side, or until juices run clear and it looks like it's done inside.
